简历:
胡卫国,男,研究员,博士生导师。2007年于中国科学院半导体研究所获博士学位。其后任日本三重大学(Mie Univ.)、神户大学(Kobe Univ.)、东北大学(Tohoku Univ.)博士后和助理教授。目前研究方向为半导体材料外延、压电()电子器件研制和模拟、以及新能源器件。迄今为止在Science advancesAdvanced MaterialsACS NanNano Energy等学术期刊发表论文50余篇,在IEDM40多个学术会议上报告研究成果。
